I needed a small, soft and secure place to house my rabbits during travel. I have yet to fly them anywhere, but cardboard boxes and plastic pet carriers were too slippery and hard. They would slide into the walls and I was worried about bruises. I purchased your carrier and, rabbits being the naturally inquisitive critters that they are, jumped right in. They also love tunnels, so I'm sure that helped. The carrier is almost always open on the floor for them to play in, that helps make trips even less stressful.

Hello I just wanted to let you know how wonderful your carriers are and how well our 6 hour flight went with our 2 pugs. We purchased 2 of your large bags, for a relocation from Philadelphia to San Francisco. We took United Airlines, which was wonderful as far as traveling with our pugs. We each put a pug in the sherpa bag and placed them under our seat. My one pug weighs about 25 lbs so it was a little tight, but he was able to turn around in the bag, and my other pug 18 lbs. They both got there in one piece and the bags fit wonderfully underneath the seat in front of us. Thank you for making our move, a little less stressful.

I am emailing you to let you know that I had no trouble at all travelling with my pet all the way to Europe and back. Travel included regional jets as well as Boeing 747's (I travelled with Continental from Mexico to the US, with Delta from the US to Greece and back and with Olympic Airways within Greece). The bag sure provided for a secure environment for my scared cat.
