and USPS services. If the merchandise is in stock, you can expect to receive

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Due to strict heatlth regulations, no item may be returned once a pet
has used the item.

hours of receipt of order. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in
their original product package with all documentation in order for
proper credit.
DAMAGED PRODUCT: Damage in shipping MUST be reported to (315) 416 - 8840
within 24 hours of receipt of order, so we can
begin the claims process. KEEP ALL PACKAGING AND PAPERWORK FOR PROCESSING UPS
CLAIMS.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: If an item is defective, call (315) 416 - 8840 within 24
hours of receipt of order. The item must
be returned within 10 days, but not thereafter, provided that it is both
unused and with its original packaging.
DISPLEASED: Call us at (315) 416 - 8840 to let us know of your
concern so that we can start the process for returns. Customers are
responsible for choosing the correct size. We maintain no responsibility for
incorrect sizes.
Our suppliers will accept returns within 10 days from purchase only
if your pet has never used the item. Return shipping is at the
purchasers' expense. (Return shipping includes reshipment of the new items as
well as returning the item.)
The item MUST be returned in the original product packaging with all
documentation required, and product MUST have never been used by a pet
and be in resalable condition. Our suppliers have the sole discretion to
determine if the product is in used or non resalable condition. Products
returned without all of the documentation or in non resalable condition will
not be credited. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on returns.
